Instructions: Extract the zip file first, open GNOME-Tweak-Tool and install the theme for your version of GNOME-Shell. Alternatively, you can also extract the theme into your .themes folder.

Just switched from Mint back to Ubuntu 12.04
but nothing is permanent on this laptop so who knows what is next to try
