1. You need to be running GNOME-Shell, to start with. 2. Then you need the user-themes extension. "gnome-shell-extension-3. user-themes", which is probably in your package manager. 4. Then you need GNOME Tweak Tool, also probably in your package manager. 5. Open GNOME Tweak Tool > Themes > GNOME-Shell theme. Click the install button, and select it from the drop-menu.
